Now What? Transition to College for Students with IEPs & 504 PlansThe South Orange & Maplewood School District's Department of Special Services, in partnership with SEPAC SOMA, invites parents, caregivers, and students with IEPs or 504 Plans to a workshop focused on preparing for the transition to college.Join us on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Columbia High School's Black Box Theater (entrance to the left of the cafeteria, front parking lot). The session will be presented by Matthew Endlich, Transition Coordinator and Counselor at CHS.This workshop will explore what comes next after high school--how to plan effectively, support self-advocacy, and navigate accommodations at the college level. The one-hour presentation will include time for questions and discussion, as well as resource materials to help families make informed decisions.Please register by October 28 to attend.
